This is really a big loss; an intellectual "Iroko" has fallen. Professor Ezeilo was a great teacher whose joy came from seeing his students understand and enjoy Physiology. Personally, what stands out in my mind is that beyond just teaching, he cared deeply about us as human beings. I hope that as UNN alumni we can do something to honor his legacy- a Physiology lecture series or endow a chair at UNN in his name. His contributions to the growth of our alma mater shall remain evergreen. Magnus
